The Ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS) performs a crucial role in immune activation and tumorigenesis. Nevertheless, the comprehensive role of the ubiquitin-proteasome system in the low-grade glioma (LGG) tumor microenvironment (TME) remains unknown.
