Aconitine (AC), which is the primary bioactive diterpene alkaloid derived from plants, have attracted considerable interest due to its unique structural feature. Additionally, AC demonstrates a range of biological activities, such as its ability to enhance cardiac function, inhibit tumor growth, reduce inflammation, and provide analgesic effects. However, the structure-activity relationships of AC are remain unclear.

Article Synopsis
  • * A study involving 22 locations showed that using zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) significantly improved plant growth and alkaloid levels compared to conventional zinc oxide (ZnO).
  • * Metabolomic analysis identified 38 metabolites linked to the treatments, revealing changes in both plant metabolism and rhizosphere bacterial communities, highlighting the superior efficiency of ZnO NPs.

Objective: Using network pharmacology research methods to explore the healing mechanism of American cockroach extract to accelerate wound healing after diabetic anal fistula surgery.

Method: The main chemical constituents of extracts from were collected by literature retrieval. Chemical composition and targets related to diabetic anal fistula wound could be predicted based on PubChem, Swiss Target Prediction, OMIM, and GeneCards databases, and the putative targets of extraction (PAE) for diabetic anal fistula wound were obtained by Venn diagram.
