Towards precision medicine based on a continuous deep learning optimization and ensemble approach.

We developed a continuous learning system (CLS) based on deep learning and optimization and ensemble approach, and conducted a retrospective data simulated prospective study using ultrasound images of breast masses for precise diagnoses. We extracted 629 breast masses and 2235 images from 561 cases in the institution to train the model in six stages to diagnose benign and malignant tumors, pathological types, and diseases. We randomly selected 180 out of 3098 cases from two external institutions.

Thermal ablation for cervical lymph node metastasis from papillary thyroid carcinoma: A meta-analysis.

Background: Traditionally, surgery has been the standard treatment for cervical lymph node metastasis in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). However, thermal ablation is currently recommended by several guidelines. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of thermal ablation for lymph node metastasis in patients with PTC.

Objectives: To develop a dual-modal neural network model to characterize ultrasound (US) images of breast masses.

Materials And Methods: A combined US B-mode and color Doppler neural network model was developed to classify US images of the breast. Three datasets with breast masses were originally detected and interpreted by 20 experienced radiologists according to Breast Imaging-Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS) lexicon ((1) training set, 103212 masses from 45,433 + 12,519 patients.

[Evalation of Jingzhi Xiaoban Tablet in Improving Heart Function of Coronary Heart Disease Pa- tients by Doppler Tissue Imaging and Speckle Tracking Imaging Technology].

Objective: To evaluate the role of Jiangzhi Xiaoban Tablet (JXT) in improving heartfunction of coronary heart disease (CHD) patients by tissue Doppler imaging (TDI) and speckle trackingimaging (STI) technology.

Methods: Recruited were 60 inpatients with confirmed CHD by coronary angiography at First Affiliated Hospital, Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2013to November 2014. They were assigned to the treatment group (group A) and the control group (groupB) according to random digit table, 30 cases in each group.
