Unlike solid tumors, the primary strategy for leukemia treatment is chemotherapy. However, leukemia chemotherapy is associated with adverse drug effects and drug resistance. Therefore, it is imperative to identify novel agents that effectively treat leukemia while minimizing adverse effects.

[Magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis and microsurgical treatment of cavernous sinus hemangiomas].

Objective: To summarize the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)features and microsurgical treatment of cavernous sinus hemangiomas(CSH).

Methods: Twenty-three patients with surgically and pathologically verified CSH were reviewed. All patients underwent computed tomography(CT)and MR scan, 19 cases underwent MR diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)and 7 underwent single voxel (1)H magnetic resonance spectroscopy((1)HMRS)before operation.

[Comparison of enhanced magnetic resonance and diffusion-weighted imaging for detection of hepatic metastases].

Objective: To compare the roles of Gd-EOB-DTPA-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) using the liver acquisition with volume acceleration(LAVA) sequence and diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI) in the detection of hepatic metastases sized ≤3 cm.

Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the MRI data of 16 patients with hepatic metastases. All the sequences used included T1WI, T2WI,3D-LAVA, and DWI (b value=500 s/mm(2)).

[Spiral CT reconstruction for typing of tibial plateau fracture to guide surgical therapy].

Methods: Monocytes were isolated from heparinized whole blood. 7 days later the monocytes were induced into dendritic cells by adding rhGM-CSF and rhIL-4.
