In this paper, we report the design, fabrication, and characterization of a passive silicate-glass-based all-solid anti-resonant fiber (AS-ARF) for ∼1 µm transmission suppression. This study investigates the relationship among maternal secretor status, human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs), and the composition of breastmilk microbiota in a cohort of healthy mothers from Shaanxi province, China.
