Research hotspots and frontiers of neoadjuvant therapy in triple-negative breast cancer: a bibliometric analysis of publications between 2002 and 2023.

Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a highly aggressive type of breast cancer with poor prognosis, and neoadjuvant therapy (NAT) has emerged as an important component in managing advanced-stage patients by providing surgical opportunities and improving survival outcomes. A search of publications on NAT for TNBC from 2002 to 2023 was conducted through the Web of Science core collection. A comprehensive bibliometric analysis was conducted on the data using CiteSpace, VOSviewer, and Bibliometrix.

Clinical Knowledge, Perceptions, and Communication Confidence Regarding the Development of Thyroid Cancer --A Cross-Sectional Study of Clinical Medical Students in Chongqing, Southwest China.

Purpose: Medical students play an essential role in providing disease consultation for patients. Despite the rapid increase in thyroid disease, there are few data on how well Chinese medical students master the knowledge of thyroid diseases. This study aims to evaluate the clinical knowledge, perception, and clinical communication confidence of medical students on thyroid cancer (TC).

[Effects of combined therapy of salpingostomy and Bushen Huoxue drugs on fallopian tube obstructive infertility].

Objective: To compare the effect of treatment of fallopian tube obstructive infertility by salpingostomy alone and in combination with TCM drugs for Bushen Huoxue (invigorating Shen and promoting blood circulation).

Methods: To all the patients, salpingostomy was performed 3 to 7 days after menstruation and hydrotubation with Xiangdan Injection (XI) was applied once in the next menstrual cycle. Bushen Huoxue Decoction (BHD) was administrated additionally to patients in the treated group, 1 dose every day starting from the 5th day of menstrual cycle for 14 days.
