Construction of a prognostic model for lung adenocarcinoma based on m6A/m5C/m1A genes.

Background: Developing a prognostic model for lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) that utilizes m6A/m5C/m1A genes holds immense importance in providing precise prognosis predictions for individuals.

Methods: This study mined m6A/m5C/m1A-related differential genes in LUAD based on public databases, identified LUAD tumor subtypes based on these genes, and further built a risk prognostic model grounded in differential genes between subtypes. The immune status between high- and low-risk groups was investigated, and the distribution of feature genes in tumor immune cells was analyzed using single-cell analysis.

Global trends and current status in pheochromocytoma: a bibliometric analysis of publications in the last 20 years.

Objective: Pheochromocytoma is a rare catecholamine-producing neuroendocrine tumour originating from the chromaffin cells of the adrenal medulla or extra-adrenal paraganglia. However, there are few bibliometric studies on Pheochromocytoma. Therefore, this study was employed to summarize the global trends and current status in pheochromocytoma by bibliometric analysis.

Global trends and current status of amputation: Bibliometrics and visual analysis of publications from 1999 to 2021.

Objective: To generalize the research status, hotspots, and development trends of amputation-related research.

Methods: The data from 1999 to 2021 were collected from the Web of Science core collection database, and analyzed through bibliometrics software (CiteSpace and VOSviewer) for the dual-map overlay of journals, top 25 references with the strongest citation bursts, top 25 keywords with the strongest citation bursts, and timeline of keywords.

Results: A total of 8,588 literature studies were involved in this study.

Objectives: To conduct a bibliometric analysis to quantify and identify the current status and trends of acromegaly research in the past two decades.

Materials And Methods: Articles related to acromegaly that were published from 1999 to 2022 were retrieved through the Web of Science core collection (WoSCC) database. Then, they were imported into VOSviewer and CiteSpace to conduct a visualization analysis of authors, countries, institutions, citation numbers, cocitations, keywords, and references.

Poliomyelitis is an acute infectious disease caused by poliovirus. This bibliometric analysis aims to examine the status of poliomyelitis research in the past 20 years. Information regarding polio research was obtained from the Web of Science Core Collection database.

Psychological determinants of COVID-19 vaccine acceptance: A comparison between immigrants and the host population in Japan.

This study explored the differences in COVID-19 vaccination readiness based on the 7C model and its association with vaccine acceptance among foreign-born immigrants, Japan-born immigrants, and locals in Japan. A cross-sectional survey was conducted in October 2021 (n = 3,690). Our results show that COVID-19 vaccination readiness, acceptance, and their relationship differ according to migratory status and nativity.

Does the Integration of Migrants in the Host Society Raise COVID-19 Vaccine Acceptance? Evidence From a Nationwide Survey in Japan.

Research indicates that integration contributes to maintaining health among migrants, yet little is known about the association between integration and vaccination acceptance. This study aimed to explore COVID-19 vaccine intention and acceptance, and the association between integration and vaccine hesitancy among migrants in Japan. We conducted an internet survey among migrants in Japan from October 5 to October 14, 2021.
