Sulphur dioxide (SO) and its derivatives (SO/HSO) are extensively utilized in food processing for their roles as bleaching agents, preservatives, and antimicrobials. Research has shown a strong association between high sulfur dioxide intake and various diseases. Consequently, developing rapid and accurate analytical techniques to monitor sulfur dioxide and its derivatives in food is of great value.

Tissue microarray of human ovarian cancer, tumor xenograft mouse model, and cell culture were used to investigate the role of FSH in ovarian carcinogenesis. siRNA, lentivirus and inhibitors were used to trigger the inactivation of genes, and plasmids were used to increase transcription of genes.
