Explore the differences in behavioral and pathological manifestations of rat models of cerebral palsy made by different methods and discuss what types of studies these models are suitable for. Behavioral evaluation and pathological section observation were used to observe and evaluate the model. Conclusion: except for the absence of data of bilateral common carotid artery ligation rats, the other three methods could all achieve a successful cerebral palsy disease model for both behavioral and pathological.

Method: The randomized controlled trials published from the establishment of the databases to August 2022 on acupuncture in the treatment of dystonia in children with cerebral palsy were collected and comprehensively searched in China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI), weipu (VIP), Wanfang, SinoMed, PubMed, Excerpta medica database (EMBASE), and Cochrane Library. The literature was selected according to the established standards, the quality of the included studies was evaluated, the heterogeneity of the included studies was evaluated with the test, and the appropriate model was selected for analysis.
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of scalp acupuncture Yikang therapy on Baihui (GV20), Sishencong (EX-HN1), Zhisanzhen, Niesanzhen, on neurobehavior in young rats with cerebral palsy based on Notch signaling pathway.
Methods: Thirty 7-day-old rats were randomly divided into sham, model and acupuncture, 10 rats in each group. The cerebral palsy model was established by the accepted modeling method, the acupuncture group selected "Baihui (GV20)", "Sishencong (EX-HN1)", "Zhisanzhen" and "Niesanzhen" for intervention 24 h after the model was made.

Image clustering is more challenging than image classification. Without supervised information, current deep learning methods are difficult to be directly applied to image clustering problems. Image clustering needs to deal with three main problems: 1) the curse of dimensionality caused by highdimensional image data; 2) extracting the effective image features; 3) combining feature extraction, dimensionality reduction and clustering.

The students are instructed to launch the clinical practical activity through establishing the clinical base of Science of Meridians, Collaterals and Acupoints, in association with the true cases. It is proved that the case-based teaching method can promote the training of the manipulation techniques of the students and the inheritance of the experiences of eminent physicians in higher education.

Objective: To observe the effect of the new Bianshi (stone needle) therapy on migraine.
Methods: Eighty cases of migraine were treated by the new Bianshi therapy with the multi-functional fish-shaped stone board. Manipulations such as pushing, scraping and kneading at acupoints were applied on head, neck and back as well as Baihui (GV 20), Shuaigu (GB 8) and Fengchi (GB 20).
