In this study, based on the unbiased analysis of protein expression differences with a mass spectrometer between human breast malignant tumors and benign hyperplastic tissues, we identified that Importin-7, a nuclear transport factor, is highly expressed in breast cancer (BC) and predicts poor outcomes.
