This manuscript describes the isolation of nine new nor-3,4-seco-dammarane triterpenoids, norqingqianliusus A-I (1-9) and one known nortriterpenoid (10) from Cyclocarya paliurus leaves. Norqingqianliusus A and B (1 and 2) possess a unique 3,4-seco-dammarane-type C tetranortriterpenoid skeleton. The compounds were structurally characterized through modern spectroscopic techniques.

However, little is known about the linkages between P resource partitioning and microbial succession, especially in karst sediments. Here, we studied the diversity patterns and assembly processes of bacterial and archaeal communities in sediment cores from two historically hyper-eutrophicated karst lakes, Hongfeng Lake and Aha Lake, and investigated the relative contribution of P fractions to them.

In this experiment, chitosan was used to add amino groups to cellulose filter paper (CFP) and then glutaraldehyde was used to covalently combine PL with amino-modified CFP through the Schiff base reaction. Under optimal immobilization conditions, CFP immobilized PL has a wide range of pH and temperature tolerance, as well as excellent reproducibility, reusability and storage stability.

The removal of microplastics from a mini-hydrocyclone, enhanced by air flotation, was studied numerically. The three-phase flow was modeled using the Eulerian-Eulerian model coupled with interphase interactions.

However, the substrates are usually catalytic-inert and special-shaped; thus, large-scale, high-uniformity, and high-quality graphene growth is challenging. Herein, graphene-skinned glass fiber fabric (GGFF) was developed through graphene CVD growth on glass fiber fabric, a Widely used engineering material.

Genetic components play an important role in AD and have been widely evaluated by genome-wide association studies (GWAS) and exome sequencing, and some common and rare genetic variants have been identified. In addition to genetic factors, environment factors have a role in AD.

However, continuing controversy exists on whether MNs are catalytically active for NRR or produce NH via the reductive decomposition of N without N activation in the in situ electrochemical conditions, let alone the rational design of high-performance MN catalysts. Herein, we focus on the common rocksalt-type MN(100) catalysts and establish a quantitative theoretical framework based on the first-principles microkinetic simulations to resolve these puzzles.

However, the issue of Li dendrites and inherent inferior interface greatly restricts practical application. Herein, this study introduces tris(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)phosphate solvent with moderate solvation ability, which can not only complex with Li to promote the in-situ ring-opening polymerization of 1,3-dioxolane (DOL), but also build solvated structure models to explore the effect of different solvation structures in the polymer electrolyte.

The unique mechanisms underlying the adaption by Tibetan pigs, however, are still elusive. Only few studies have investigated hypoxia-associated molecular regulation in the lung tissues of animals living in the plateau region of China.

Materials And Methods: Integrated analysis of 16S rDNA sequencing of fecal samples and untargeted serum metabolomics was applied to identify alterations in the gut microbiome and serum metabolome in 29 Intracranial atherosclerosis stenosis patients and 29 healthy control individuals.
Results: Compared to healthy control individuals, the abundances of forty-five genera and one hundred seventy-seven metabolites were significantly altered in Intracranial atherosclerosis stenosis patients.
Myocardial infarction (MI) is a significant global health issue. Despite the advances in genome-wide association studies, a complete genetic and molecular understanding of MI is elusive and needs to be fully explored. This study aimed to elucidate the genetic framework of MI and explore the potential health benefits of natural compounds (NCs).

In this paper, we propose a novel approach that combines an improved version of the YOLOv5m model with contextual knowledge for water-level identification. We employ the adaptive threshold Canny operator and Hough transform for skew detection and correction of water-level images.

In this paper, we proposed Mix-VIO, a monocular and binocular visual-inertial odometry, to address the issue where conventional visual front-end tracking often fails under dynamic lighting and image blur conditions. Mix-VIO adopts a hybrid tracking approach, combining traditional handcrafted tracking techniques with Deep Neural Network (DNN)-based feature extraction and matching pipelines. The system employs deep learning methods for rapid feature point detection, while integrating traditional optical flow methods and deep learning-based sparse feature matching methods to enhance front-end tracking performance under rapid camera motion and environmental illumination changes.

Adult hypertension can be traced back to, as well as prevented starting in, childhood and adolescence. However, due to the lack of surveillance among children and adolescents, the prevalence and influencing factors of hypertension-related conditions have not been well described.

The data were from China Nutrition and Health Surveillance (2015-2017), which used a stratified, multistage, random sampling method. A total of 145,298 adults aged 18 years or older from 31 provinces were included in this study.

To assess the random vibration properties of a composite sandwich panel with a Tri-Chi honeycomb core (CSP-TCH), a two-dimensional equivalent Reissner-Mindlin model (2D-ERM) was created using the variational asymptotic method. The precision of the 2D-ERM in free and random vibration analysis was confirmed through numerical simulations employing 3D finite element analysis, encompassing PSD curves and RMS responses.

The disease can recur frequently and tends to form tophus in the joints. Current therapeutic drugs for the acute phase of GA have many side effects and limitations, are unable to prevent recurrent GA attacks and tophus formation, and overall efficacy is unsatisfactory.

Alveolar bone defect reconstruction is a common challenge in stomatology. To address this, a thermosensitive/photosensitive gelatin methacrylate (GelMA) gel was developed based on various air solubilities and light-curing technologies. The gel was synthesized by using a freeze-ultraviolet (FUV) method to form a porous and quickly (within 15 min) solidifying modified network structure.
