The synthesis of enantiopure and structurally unique spiro-type molecules is of utmost significance in catalysis, synthetic chemistry, and related fields. We present here a general solution, a nickel-catalyzed [2 + 2 + 2] cycloaddition, for accessing enantioenriched spiropyridines from readily available nitriles and alkynes in a single synthetic step, including (1) enantio-relay double [2 + 2 + 2] cycloaddition of malononitriles with alkynes and (2) kinetic resolution [2 + 2 + 2] cycloaddition of racemic pyridine-containing nitriles with alkynes. Both strategies feature a broad substrate scope and exclusive regioselectivities, and are scalable to multigram.

Methods: A total of 189 cases of school-age children who underwent health examinations in our hospital were enrolled, according to the presence or absence of dental fluorosis. They were divided into the fluorosis group (n=97) and fluoride-free group (n=92), and the serum BALP, OC, MMP-2, MMP-9, MMP-20, and PTH levels of the two groups were compared and relevant clinical data were collected.
Introduction: The distribution of myeloperoxidase (MPO) and dendritic cells (DCs) in sponge trophoblast cells may contribute to the syncytialisation of trophoblast cells and the establishment of uterine placental circulation. Our previous series of studies have shown that MPO plays an important role in angiogenesis and repair, and placental vascular dysfunction can lead to serious pregnancy complications and even miscarriage.

The differential components in the three products were screened by chemometrics, on the basis of which the relative odor activity value(ROAV) was adopted to elucidate the odor differences among different products and the material basis of their odors.
