Aims: To explore the relationship between neighbourhood environments and mental health by integrating subjective and objective perspectives.
Design: A cross-sectional study.
Methods: From September 2023 to January 2024, adult residents at the physical examination centers of two public hospitals in China completed measurements of subjective neighbourhood environment, depressive and anxiety symptoms, psychological stress, and socio-demographic characteristics.
Background: Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of death worldwide, particularly affecting low- and middle-income countries. Food environments may be linked with the risk of CVD; however, current study findings regarding their relationship are inconsistent. A systematic review of their associations is needed to guide interventions to improve cardiovascular health.

Methods: This study conducted a secondary longitudinal mediation analysis using data from a randomized controlled trial of the MCARE grogram in patients with ACS. Participants were recruited at two tertiary hospitals in Jinan, China.
Aims: Patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) often experience reduced health-related quality of life (HRQOL), which may be attributable to the disease severity and psychological stress. While illness perception is speculated to be a potential pathway underlying these relationships, evidence supporting this mechanism remains limited. This study aimed to investigate the relationships between disease severity, psychological stress, and HRQOL and whether these relationships are mediated by illness perception in patients with ACS.

Mindfulness-based intervention is a promising complementary approach to address patients' psychological needs and promote holistic well-being.
Objective: This study aims to examine the effects of a social media-based mindfulness psycho-behavioral intervention (MCARE) on psychological distress, psychological stress, health-related quality of life (HRQoL), and cardiovascular risk factors among patients with ACS.
Information regarding regional arterial stiffness assessment in osteoarthritis (OA) was scarce and sometimes contradictory. We aimed to investigate the aortic, lower limb peripheral arterial stiffness and their associations with knee OA. Patients with primary knee OA and matched non-OA controls were prospectively enrolled from two medical centers in China.

Herein, we report a method for dehydroxytrifluoromethylthiolation of alcohols by using the combination of hypervalent iodine(III) reagent TFTI and N-heterocyclic carbenes. This method shows excellent stereospecificity and chemoselectivity to give a product with clean inversion of the configuration of hydroxyl groups as well as can be used for late-stage modification of structurally complex alcohols.

Its high disability rate has a serious impact on society and individuals, but there is still a lack of effective and reliable diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets for RA. In this study, we integrated RA patient information from three GEO databases for differential gene expression analysis.

However, there is a lack of effective and reliable diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets. In this study, we identified diagnostic markers of RA based on RNA modification and explored its role as well as degree of immune cell infiltration.

Objective: To study the effects of Huangqi decoction (HQD) on phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophage of mice.
Method: One hundred Kunming mice, whose weight varied from 18 g to 22 g, were selected and divided into 10 groups randomly in eluding contrast group, groups conducted at different doses of HQD by ig, groups conducted in various ways of taking medicine, and groups conducted with comparative treat combining Huangqi and Dexamethasone. Mice in every group were taken medicine one time daily for 6 days.
