Canine pyometra frequently occurs in middle-aged to older intact bitches, which seriously affects the life of dogs and brings an economic loss to their owners. Hence, finding a key metabolite is very important for the diagnosis and development of a new safe and effective therapy for the disease. PRIM1 plays an important role during oncogenesis, however it has never been reported in liver cancer, and thus our objective is to explore the role of PRIM1 in liver cancer. We selected RNAseq data of 50 paired liver cancer samples from the Cancer Gene Atlas (TCGA), and then bioinformatics methods and Mann-Whitney U test were used to analyze the correlation between PRIM1 and the clinical pathological stage of liver cancer. -MnO/zeolite nanocomposites were prepared with natural zeolite, potassium permanganate, and manganese sulfate by oxidation-reduction precipitation, which were used to simultaneously remove Fe, Mn, and NH-N from groundwater. To investigate the performance and mechanism of Fe, Mn, and NH-N removal from groundwater by -MnO/zeolite nanocomposites, static batch experiments were conducted under different environmental conditions in a zero-oxygen atmosphere using SEM, TEM, Zeta potential, FTIR, and XPS techniques. The experimental results showed that the manganese-oxide-coated natural zeolite was -MnO, and Fe, Mn, and NH-N adsorption on the -MnO/zeolite nanocomposites could be best described with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and the Langmuir model.
