Objective: Influenza is a worldwide public health problem which causes a serious economic and health burden. In order to provide a scientific basis for improving the prevention and control level of influenza, using dynamic model to evaluate the infection rates of influenza different subtypes from 2010 to 2019 in China.
Methods: This article established SEIABR model based on influenza cases reported by China National Influenza Center from 2010 to 2019.
The sluggish charge transport kinetics that exist in the energy storage process of all-solid-state supercapacitors (ASSSCs) can be improved by designing open hierarchical porous structures for binder-free electrodes. Herein, a template-directed strategy is developed to fabricate open hierarchical porous Ni-Co-Zn-P nanoplate arrays (NCZP) through phosphating the electrodeposited NiCo-LDH nanosheets loaded on a template. At first, porous conductive NiZn alloy nanoplate arrays are rationally devised as the template by a strong magnetic field (SMF)-assisted electrodeposition.

This study was designed to explore the biological and clinical function of iNOS in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC).
Methods: RT-PCR (Real-time quantitative PCR) and immunohistochemical staining were used to analyze the expression of iNOS in ICC and adjacent tissues.
Cisplatin has been widely employed as a cornerstone chemotherapy treatment for a wide spectrum of solid neoplasms; increasing tumor responsiveness to cisplatin has been a topic of interest for the past 30 years. Strong evidence has indicated that mitochondrial fission participates in the regulation of apoptosis in many diseases; however, whether mitochondrial fission regulates cisplatin sensitivity remains poorly understood. Here, we show that MFF mediated mitochondrial fission and apoptosis in tongue squamous cell carcinoma (TSCC) cells after cisplatin treatment and that miR-593-5p was downregulated in this process.
