Objective: To understand the current status and analyse the factors influencing frailty in older adults patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
Methods: This retrospective case-control study included 204 older adults patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. The enrolled patients were divided into a frailty group (n = 101) and a non-frailty group (n = 103).
To evaluate the effectiveness of Xpert MTB/RIF in patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB). Seventy-five patients with MDR-TB were enrolled in this prospective cohort study and were divided into two groups. The observation group were given standardized anti-MDR-TB treatment regimen (6ZAmLfxPtoCs/18ZLfxPtoCs) immediately when they had two positive sputum Xpert MTB/RIF results of RIF resistance.

Methods: From April 2015 to June 2018, 32 patients with severe ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament were treated in the Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. There were 21 males and 11 females, aged 45 to 73 years old, with a mean age of 59 years old.
