[Efficiency of different large language models in China in response to consultations about PCa-related perioperative nursing and health education].

Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of the four domestic language models, ERNIE Bot, ChatGLM2, Spark Desk and Qwen-14B-Chat, all with a massive user base and significant social attention, in response to consultations about PCa-related perioperative nursing and health education.

Methods: We designed a questionnaire that includes 15 questions commonly concerned by patients undergoing radical prostatectomy and 2 common nursing cases, and inputted the questions into each of the four language models for simulation consultation. Three nursing experts assessed the model responses based on a pre-designed Likert 5-point scale in terms of accuracy, comprehensiveness, understandability, humanistic care, and case analysis.

Phenotypic switching is the main cause of the abnormal proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs). We previously showed that Daxx exerted negative regulatory effect on AngII-induced VSMC proliferation and migration. However, the function of Daxx in VSMC phenotype switching remained unknown.

Two new nor-sesquiterpenoids from , an endophytic fungus isolated from .

As part of our search for compounds with cytotoxicity from endophytes of traditional Chinese medicines, two novel nor-sesquiterpenoids (-) with a new skeleton containing a tetrahydrofuran moiety were isolated form a rice medium of , an endophytic fungus isolated from the root of . The structures of these two previously undescribed compounds were elucidated by interpretation of the spectroscopic evidences including NMR correlations as well as MS data. The absolute configurations of these two compounds were confirmed by TD-DFT-ECD calculations.

Novel Polyketides Produced by the Endophytic Fungus from .

Five new polyketides, including two pairs of enantiomers and a racemate, were isolated from the fermentation broth of , an endophytic fungus isolated from . Their structures were identified using one-dimensional (1D) and two-dimensional (2D) NMR experiments, and the absolute configurations of the enantiomers were confirmed using electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations. Compounds and exhibited inhibitory activity against the MV4-11 cell line in vitro, with IC values of 23.

[Efficacy observation on Jin's three-needle therapy for allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold syndrome].

Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis (AR) of lung qi deficiency and cold syndrome between Jin's three-needle therapy and western medication.

Methods: Sixty-six patients were randomized into an acupuncture group and a western medication group, 33 cases in each one. In the acupuncture group, acupuncture was applied at three-nose points [Yingxiang (LI 20), Shangyingxiang (EX-HN 8) and Yintang (GV 29); Cuanzhu (BL 2) was added for frontal headache] and three-back points [Dazhu (BL 11), Fengmen (BL 12) and Feishu (BL 13)], once every day.
