Hepatoblastoma (HB) is the most common liver cancer in children, this study aims at analyzing the prognostic factors affecting the survival rates and summarizing the treatment experience. In this study, we reviewed patients with primary HB under the age of 14 years who underwent complete tumor resection from June 1997 to March 2019. The data of 72 patients were collected.
