[Incidentally Found Intralobar Pulmonary Sequestration Undergoing Video-assisted Thoracoscopic Right Basal Segmentectomy:Report of a Case].

A 53-year-old asymptomatic woman was admitted to our hospital for evaluation of an area of abnormal intensity in the right lower lobe on cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging. She denied a history of pneumonia but occasionally expectorated bloody sputum. Contrast-enhanced chest computed tomography (CT) revealed areas of consolidations with multiple cysts within the right lower lobe and an anomalous artery that originated from the descending aorta and entered the right lower lobe.

[Hemothorax Due to Rupture of an Aneurysm of a Branch of the Right Subclavian Artery with von Recklinghausen's Disease].

A 52-year-old man with a history of von Recklinghausen's disease presented to our hospital with abrupt onset of right chest and back pain. A contrast-enhanced chest computed tomography (CT) revealed massive right hemothorax, extravasation of the contrast medium at a branch of the right subclavian artery, and a tumor surrounding the second right dorsal rib. Based on findings from emergent angiography, hemothorax secondary to the rupture of an aneurysm of a branch of the right subclavian artery was diagnosed, and transcatheter arterial embolization(TAE) was performed.

[A Case of Recurrent Rectal Cancer with Adrenal and Lung Metastasis with More than Ten-Year Survival after Surgery].

A 60-year-old man underwent low anterior resection for rectal cancer. Histological findings indicated well-differentiated adenocarcinoma(T3[SS]N1M0, ly3, v2, Stage III a). Two years and 1 month later, right adrenalectomy was performed for solitary adrenal metastasis.
