Nevertheless, we have reported that subsequent intravenous (IV) injections of siRNA complexed with PEGylated cationic liposomes (PLpx) induces the production of anti-PEG immunoglobulin M (IgM), which accelerates the blood clearance of subsequent doses of PLpx and other PEGylated products.
