This study investigates the correlation between the interface structure and macroscopic dielectric properties of polymer-based nanocomposite materials. Utilizing bisphenol-A (BPA) epoxy resin (EP) as the polymer matrix and the commonly employed layered phyllosilicate montmorillonoid (MMT) as the nanometer-scale dispersive phase, nano-MMT/EP composites were synthesized using composite technology. In this study, vinyltriethoxysilane (TEVS) was introduced onto the surface of carbon fiber using liquid-phase oxidation and impregnation methods to incorporate vinyl groups onto the carbon fiber, thereby enhancing the chemical bonding between the carbon fiber and norbornene-polyimide (PI-NA). Through a systematic study of the hydrolysis conditions and concentration of the TEVS solution, the optimal modification conditions were determined. These conditions were used to graft TEVS onto the surface of oxidized carbon fiber to prepare carbon-fiber-reinforced PI-NA composites (CF/PI-NA).

X chromosome inactivation triggers a dramatic reprogramming of transcription and chromosome architecture. However, how the chromatin organization of inactive X chromosome is established de novo in vivo remains elusive. Pain and itch coding mechanisms in polymodal sensory neurons remain elusive. MrgprD neurons represent a major polymodal population and mediate both mechanical pain and nonhistaminergic itch. Objective: This study aimed to prospectively observe the efficacy and safety of CalliSpheres drug-eluting beads bronchial arterial chemoembolization (DEB-BACE) for refractory non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

Methods: The interventional therapy plan was as follows: 300-500 μm CalliSpheres drug-loaded microspheres were loaded with epirubicin, and then slow embolization of tumor supplying artery was performed after microcatheter superselection. Chest enhanced computed tomography and related hematological examination were reviewed after 2 months of DEB-BACE, and the tumor response after the first interventional therapy was evaluated using modified response evaluation criteria in solid tumors.

To analyze the predictive value of hyperglycemia on the extrapancreatic infection (EPI) and infected pancreatic necrosis (IPN) of severe patients with acute pancreatitis (AP). We enrolled 234 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from July 2017 to July 2022 for a retrospective cohort study. We collected maximum blood glucose values three times after admission to the ICU within 120 h (Glu1: 0-24 h, Glu2: 24-48 h, Glu3: 48-120 h), the levels of leucocyte, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), C-reactive protein (CRP), procalcitonin (PCT), and albumin within 24 h after admission to the ICU, and the BISAP and SIRS scores of all patients within 24 h.
