Aim: to optimize the protocol of high-volume plasmapheresis for hemolytic complications in surgical practice.
Material And Methods: We studied 100 patients aged 7-73 years with hemolytic complications. In 83 patients with free hemoglobin level over 200 mg% 50-300% of plasma volume was removed.
The article considers the issues of implementation of the point-of-care technology (diagnostic testing at treatment place) in modern clinic of emergency states. The economic practicability and advantages of point-of-care tests as compared with analyses in central laboratory is considered. The data concerning the characteristics of quality control under point-of-care are presented.

Herein it is shown that recombinant human cyclophilin A (rhСyA), in contrast to the granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, is capable of inhibitingin vitrothe formation of a fibrin clot, thereby violating the spatial dynamics of clot growth; this effect is transient and dose-independent.

We studied the effect of UV-oxidized fibrinogen with oxidation degrees of 10 and 20% on rheological parameters of the blood. The effect of fibrinogen with 10% oxidation degree was moderate and variable, which attests to its partial compensation with the pool of natural antioxidants. The effect of fibrinogen with 20% oxidation degree was more pronounced.

Fibrinogen with oxidation degree of 10% moderately activated the intrinsic pathway, but inhibited the extrinsic pathway of blood coagulation. Fibrinogen with oxidation degree of 20% inhibited both the extrinsic and intrinsic blood coagulation pathways.
