We present a patient with a 16 cm adrenocortical carcinoma that underwent a left adrenalectomy en bloc with resection of the involved segment of the left renal artery. A splenectomy and splenorenal bypass was performed to revascularize the left kidney. To our knowledge, this is the first instance in the literature of a splenorenal arterial bypass being reported for renal revascularization during an extirpative oncologic procedure.

Congenital vertical talus (CVT), also known as "rocker-bottom foot" deformity, is a dislocation of the talonavicular joint, with rigid dorsal dislocation of the navicular over the neck of the talus. This condition is usually associated with multiple other congenital deformities and only rarely is an isolated deformity. The reported familial cases are consistent with an autosomal dominant mode of inheritance with incomplete penetrance.
