Thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) has become a major procedure for thoracic aortic aneurysm and its indication is expanding. On the other hand, TEVAR specific complication is rather critical and its treatment is of increasing interest. Additionally, she was diagnosed with aortic dissection( Stanford type B). Total arch replacement with open stent-grafting and direct closure of aortopulmonary fistula were performed because of her exacerbation of congestive heart failure.
