Introduction: since the Ministry of National Education introduced contractual recruitment in 2016, Morocco has faced significant challenges related to the well-being of its contractual teachers. This study investigates the impact of job precarity on the mental health of these teachers, specifically focusing on fatigue and psychological distress.
Methods: we collected responses from 245 contractual teachers across Morocco's 12 regions, utilizing the Individual Strength Checklist (CIS) to assess fatigue and the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) for psychological distress.
Introduction: the increasing demands and responsibilities placed upon teachers are causing overwhelming stress. As a result, many teachers struggle with managing their workload effectively, which increases their susceptibility to burnout. This study aims to investigate burnout among high school teachers in Tetouan, Morocco, and explore the various contributing factors.

The purpose of this work is to study the academic burnout of trainee teachers at the Rabat-Sale-Kenitra region's Regional Center for Education and Training Professions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Materials And Methods: Seven hundred thirty-nine trainee teachers responded to a self-questionnaire comprising the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey scale in its French validated version, as well as stress factors during the academic year 2020-2021.
