Isolation of Pure Individual Fatty Acids from Chicken Skin Using Supercritical CO Extractor or Cooling Centrifuge.

Chicken skin -a poultry meat industries waste- has been used in this work as a source for the production of pure free fatty acids. Chicken skin fat was extracted using dry rendering method. Physical and chemical parameters of that fat were determined.
