ELISA was used for detection of antibodies against the immunodominant surface antigen 1 (SAG1, synonymous P30) of Toxoplasma gondii, and peroxidase-conjugated protein G was used instead of commercially unavailable enzyme-conjugated anti-dromedary antibody.
