Objectives: Calcification is a common finding in endodontic cases after regenerative endodontic therapy (RET). We aimed to identify the prevalence of intracanal calcification after RET and to compare intracanal calcification outcomes in RET using either calcium hydroxide [Ca(OH)] or antibiotics.

Materials And Methods: We searched PubMed, Web of Science, ProQuest Dissertations & Theses, and Scopus databases for clinical, cross-sectional, case-control, and cohort RET studies published until May 2020 in the English language and reporting a calcified case after RET.

Objective: To investigate the root canal morphology of mandibular first and second premolars using Cone-Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) in a Saudi population.

Methods: CBCT images of 707 patients, number of roots and canal configuration were identified and categorized according to Vertucci classification. Bilateral symmetry and association between gender and number of roots, as well as gender and root canal configuration were investigated.

Objectives: It takes a lot of training on patients for both undergraduate to develop clinical sense as regards to the placement of dental implants in the jaw bones, also, the models provided by the dental implant companies for training are usually made of strengthened synthetic foams, which are far from the composition, and tactile sense provided by natural bone during drilling for clinical placement of dental implants.

Methodology: This is an in-vitro experimental study which utilized bovine femur bone, where the shaft of the femur provided the surface compact layer, and the head provided the cancellous bone layer, to provide a training model similar to jaw bones macroscopic anatomy. Both the compact and cancellous bone samples were characterized using mechanical compressive testing.
