An electrochemical, and surface studies of synthesized Gemini ionic liquid as corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel in petroleum field.

In this work, we study the efficiency of N, N-dibenzyl-N, N, N, N-tetramethylpropane-1,3-diaminium chloride, as anticorrosion. This compound exhibits potential as a prospective remedy to stop the deterioration of carbon steel caused by corrosion in 1.0 M HCl.
