Introduction: The combination of atezolizumab/bevacizumab has emerged as an effective first-line treatment for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, this therapy is potentially associated with bleeding complications, warranting a comprehensive analysis of their incidence and severity. This meta-analysis aims to synthesize available evidence from clinical trials and observational studies to quantify the prevalence of bleeding following atezolizumab/bevacizumab administration.

In this study, we present flexible and hydrophobic MXene/Ni-coated polyester (PET) fabrics featuring a double-layered structure, fabricated via a facile and scalable dip-dry coating process followed by electroless nickel plating. Increasing the dip-dry coating iterations up to 10 cycles boosts the MXene loading content (∼31 wt %) and electrical conductivity (∼86 S/cm) of MXene-coated PET fabrics, while maintaining constant porosity (∼95%).

However, the risks associated with the treatment must be carefully balanced against the therapeutic benefits. Immune-related adverse events (irAEs) are generally unpredictable and may persist over an extended period.

The PI loop was tuned by a step input voltage, and tuning gains of the proportion and integral have been determined. The PI logics, developed by using standard proportional-integral-derivative records, can control the arc current within +/-1% of a given set value.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA fast timing system has been developed to control transistor transistor logic (TTL) trigger signals which are used to extract the pulsed proton beam from an ion source with the precision of less than submicro seconds. The system has been designed to set a delay and duty of the pulses, respectively, and prohibit the beam pulse by an external interlock signal. The system is based on VME which is composed of VME CPU and fast I/O boards with fan-out modules.
