[Primary Prophylactic Administration of Pegfilgrastim in FOLFIRINOX Therapy for Locally Advanced Pancreatic Carcinoma].

FOLFIRINOX therapy has a high response rate for pancreatic carcinoma, but has serious adverse effects. FOLFIRINOX therapy was administered to 11 patients with locally advanced pancreatic carcinoma at our hospital.
