Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on fungal sinusitis.

Methods: The clinical and follow-up data of 30 patients with fungal sinusitis who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery were analyzed retrospectively.

Results: Twenty-nine cases of non-invasive fungal sinusitis were cured by endoscopic sinus surgery; recurrence occurred in the 1 case of invasive fungal sinusitis two months after being treated by endoscopic sinus surgery and it was cured by lateral rhinotomy.
