Cable termination is an important part of energy transmission in high-speed trains, and it is also a weak link in the insulation. It is important to determine the insulation status of cable terminals by the detection results of partial discharge signals, but the partial discharge signals in the field test circuit are mixed with a large amount of external corona interference, which affects the detection accuracy. This paper proposes a signal recognition model that incorporates Stockwell transform (ST) and 2DCNN, which in combination with wavelet noise reduction can achieve a high-precision classification effect for partial discharge and corona interference with an accuracy rate of up to 98.

As such, new objective indicators are needed to supplement existing markers and assist in diagnosis. This review summarizes pathogenesis of SjD in children, current diagnostic criteria and research progress in laboratory diagnosis including serologic testing, saliva and tear analysis, histopathological examination as well as emerging markers of interest.

Replication factor C subunit 4 (RFC4), an oncogene active in various human cancers, has been rarely studied in OSCC. In the present study, bioinformatics analysis identified RFC4 as a potential key target in OSCC progression.

This research aims to analyze the epidemiology and genetic characteristics of influenza A viruses circulating among children in Linyi from April 2022 to March 2024. Throat swab specimens were collected from children with influenza-like illness (ILI), and the types of influenza were identified.

Methods: The MRI nerve and bone sequences used in this study were 3D-T2-weighted fast field echo (3D-T2-FFE) and fast field echo resembling a CT using restricted echo-spacing (FRACTURE), respectively. Both sequences were performed in 25 subjects, and the resulting 3D-T2-FFE/FRACTURE fusion images were assessed by two independent observers.
Graphene oxide (GO) has achieved significant progress in the material behaviour of cement-based materials. However, research on its structural behaviour in high-strength lightweight concrete (HSLWC) structures is limited, which restricts its engineering applications. This study focused on investigating the effects of low contents of GO on the shear behaviour of HSLWC beams.

Treatment options for unresectable TNBC are limited. In recent years, the advent of PD-1/PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitors has offered a promising new treatment option for unresectable TNBC.

The addition of fibers and supplementary cementitious materials to concrete can enhance its mechanical and durability performance through a series of chemical and physical interactions. This study aims to investigate the effects of key parameters on the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, and chloride penetration resistance of concrete combined with ground granulate blast furnace slag (GGBS) and macro polypropylene synthetic fiber (MSF).

This extended waiting significantly reduces tourists' satisfaction and may negatively impact their willingness to revisit the theme park. In Taiwan, schools at all levels often plan graduation trips to theme parks for their students.

However, this drug faces a series of challenges when used to treat atherosclerosis caused by hyperhomocysteinemia (HHcy), including high oral dosage, poor targeting, and long-term toxic side effects. In this study, we applied nanotechnology to construct a biomimetic nano-delivery system, macrophage membrane (Møm)-coated RVS-loaded Prussian blue (PB) nanoparticles (MPR NPs), for improving the bioavailability and targeting capacity of RVS, specifically to the plaque lesions associated with HHcy-induced atherosclerosis.

Unlabelled: Huanglongbing (HLB) is a severe citrus disease in China caused by Liberibacter asiaticus (Las). Since its initial identification, the pathogen has spread to 10 mainland provinces in China and caused devastating loss. Three distinct prophage types have been identified in Las; however, their distribution and diversity in China remain inadequately understood.

The key to realizing scaffold biofunctions is the selection and design of an appropriate bioink, and existing bioinks have significant limitations. In this study, a composite bioink based on natural polymers (gelatin and alginate) and liver decellularized extracellular matrix (LdECM) was developed and used to fabricate scaffolds for BTE using 3D bioprinting.

However, some studies have shown that core stability training or fascial release therapy alone is not effective in the treatment of low back pain.
Bjective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of core stability training on patients' inflammatory cytokine levels and lumbar muscle temperature when combined with fascial release for the treatment of non-specific low back pain.
Metal-modulated croconium dyes with multimodal-imaging and synergistic therapy in the tumor microenvironment have exhibited great potential in tumor theranostics. However, their unideal structure optimization always weakened the efficacy of near-infrared fluorescence-photoacoustic (NIRF/PA) imaging and photothermal therapy (PTT). Here, we screened croconium dye containing two indole groups with better NIRF/PA imaging and PTT in their family, linked to two morpholine rings, and obtained CR-736, as a lysosome-targeting and Fe-modulated agent.

Utilizing ultra-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS), metabolomics, and bioinformatics, we identified the key allergens, targets, and metabolic pathways involved in DSI-induced allergic-like reactions, validating binding efficiency through molecular docking and molecular dynamics. A total of 45 compounds were identified within DSI, with 24 compounds exhibiting strong binding activity to the MrgprX2 activation site.

Methods: In this study, we innovatively proposed a radiotherapy response classification for LUAD, and discovered ESYT3 served as a tumor suppressor and radioimmune response sensitizer. ESYT3 expression was measured both in radioresistant and radiosensitive LUAD tissues and cells.
