Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the health status and eldercare needs of elderly people in urban Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

Methods: Using an online questionnaire, 2057 elderly people aged >60 years in Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, were enrolled for analysis following data collection.

Results: The major source of financial support was retirement pension, with spouse's income accounting for a relatively low proportion.

Purpose: The co-administration of luteolin (LUT) and atorvastatin (ATV) may drive synergetic effects on against atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD). This study aims to explore the pharmacokinetic (PK) drug-drug interactions (DDIs) of LUT toward ATV and the influencing mechanisms involving CYP450s and OATPs, and using the physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) models extrapolated to humans to optimize the DDIs dosage regimens for subsequent research.

Methods: Luteolin nanosuspensions lyophilized powder (LUT-NS-LP) were prepared for improving LUT's solubility and bioavailability, the effects of both LUT on the ATV CYP450s enzyme kinetics and LUT-NS-LP/LUT on the PK behavior of ATV in rats were further studied by UPLC.

In order to understand detection of carotid atherosclerosis in the screening of high-risk stroke populations in a certain area of China, we have analyzed related risk factors of CAS. In accordance with the requirements of the "2015 Technical Plan for the Screening and Intervention Projects for High-Risk Stroke Populations," a cluster sampling method was used to select 4532 (number of screened persons from 2015 to 2021) permanent residents over 41 years old () in Shaheying Town, Liulin Town, Chenggu County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province, and Da'an Town, Ningqiang County, and nearby communities are selected as the screening targets. We screened out high-risk groups of stroke based on big data technology and understood the detection of CAS.
