Lenalidomide treatment in combination with dexamethasone and/or chemotherapy is associated with a significant risk of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in patients with multiple myeloma (MM). However, the incidence of asymptomatic VTE in lenalidomide-treated MM patients remains unclear.
