Accuracy of O-RADS System in Differentiating Between Benign and Malignant Adnexal Masses Assessed via External Validation by Inexperienced Gynecologists.

To evaluate the accuracy of the O-RADS system in differentiating between benign and malignant adnexal masses, as assessed by inexperienced gynecologists. Ten gynecologic residents attended a 20 h training course on the O-RADS system conducted by experienced examiners. Following the training, the residents performed ultrasound examinations on patients admitted with adnexal masses under supervision, recording the data in a database that included videos and still images.

In Thailand, there has been a strategy to prevent the mother-to-child transmission of HBV for over 30 years. However, there is still a lack of empirical evidence regarding the effectiveness of this strategy. This study aims to investigate the trends in the prevalence of HBV infection in pregnant women and to identify factors that may be associated with the prevalence of HBV infection in pregnant women.
