Anaerobic fermentation of food waste (FW) produces a broth rich in small-molecule organic substances, which has the potential as a composite carbon source for denitrification in wastewater treatment. In this study, the idea was tested by optimizing the fermentation process at different hydraulic residence time (HRT), refining fermentation broth through ceramic membrane filtration, and comparing the performance of fermentation filtrate and other commercial carbon sources. A short HRT of 3 days was a suitable fermentation condition with 88% polysaccharide degradation.

Methods: The peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV), time-average maximum velocity (TAMAXV), peak systolic velocity/end diastolic velocity (S/D), resistance index (RI), and pulsation index (PI) in S1 and S2 of fetal anterior cerebral artery (ACA) in 288 normal pregnant women were detected by power Doppler and pulsed Doppler. Multiple regression models were fitted to estimate the relation between Doppler variables and gestational age.

We made a preliminary research on the citations of such Herbal, from their distribution, sources, citation manners, pharmacological features, to find that 23 rolls of main text to include citations of Herbal in each roll.

Most of these medical books are clinical books, which reflected the emphasis on clinical practice and conclusions in the two countries. Japanese medical books were mainly completed between the 17 - 19th century and nearly all of them are conserved as copies, while in Korea the number is 39.

By research into the author and the editor of both books, the process of its writing, the academic origin and evolution of its versions, it is found that there are errors concerning the date of writing, evolution of its number of volumes, and changes of versions found in the National United Catalogues of TCM Books and the General Catalogues of Chinese Ancient Medical Books which are subject to correction.
