Objective: To prepare the hyaluronic acid microneedle (abbreviated as microneedle) delivery system carrying curcumin nanodrugs (Cur-NDs) and photothermal trigger agent new indocyanine green (IR820), and to investigate its effect on proliferation of human tongue squamous carcinoma cells (Cal-27) .
Methods: The microneedle delivery system carrying Cur-NDs and IR820 was prepared. The morphological characteristics of the microneedles were observed, and the mechanical strength test, skin insertion ability test and the photothermal test were performed.
Objectives: Platelet-rich concentrates, namely platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), have recently shown potential roles in accelerating orthodontic tooth movement (OTM) and reducing treatment duration. Our study aims to systematically evaluate the effect of platelet-rich concentrates on OTM.
Materials And Methods: An electronic search of 11 databases, followed by a hand search of reference lists of eligible studies and related reviews, was conducted up to January 2022.
Unsupervised person re-identification has attracted a lot of attention due to its strong potential to adapt to new environments without manual annotation, but learning to recognise features in disjoint camera views without annotation is still challenging. Existing studies tend to ignore the optimisation of feature extractors in the feature-extraction stage of this task, while the use of traditional losses in the unsupervised learning stage severely affects the performance of the model.
