A Comparison of Short-Term Peripheral Nerve Stimulation and Pulsed Radiofrequency in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia.

Objective: To compare the application effects of short-term peripheral nerve stimulation (st-PNS) and pulsed radiofrequency (PRF) technology in postherpetic neuralgia (PHN).

Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 127 PHN patients from our hospital. Based on the treatment interventions received, patients were divided into a control group (n=63, treated with PRF) and an observation group (n=64, treated with st-PNS).

Clinical observation of the treatment of refractory cancer pain with cancer pain information platform and IDDS under home analgesia mode: A retrospective study.

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of a cancer pain information platform combined with semi-implantable intrathecal drug delivery systems among the patients with refractory cancer pain under a "home analgesia" model. This was a retrospective study. A total of 49 patients underwent semi-implantable intrathecal drug delivery systems with patient-controlled analgesia in conjunction with the establishment of a cancer pain information platform.

Ultra-micro instrument in laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal (TAPP) hernioplasty.

This study aimed to explore the feasibility of ultra-micro instruments in the laparoscopic repair of inguinal indirect hernia. This retrospective study included 83 patients with an indirect inguinal hernia who underwent elective surgery from January 2020 to December 2021. All patients were divided into the traditional laparoscopic group and ultra-micro laparoscopic group.
