Background: Colorectal cancer (CRC) ranks among the most lethal malignancies globally, particularly following metastasis which results in poor prognosis. In recent years, CRC incidence in China has persistently increased. Total flavonoids (TFA) from , a natural compound, are recognized for their anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antioxidant properties.

A recent REGONIVO trial showed that regorafenib plus nivolumab had an encouraging efficacy in MSS metastatic CRC (mCRC). However, only a small subset of patients may benefit from the combination therapy.

In the current study, we characterized the landscape of genomic alterations in CRC patients. Based on the results of whole-exome sequencing (WES), we identified 31 significantly mutated genes.

However, the roles of circadian clock genes in colorectal cancer, which is becoming more common and lethal in China, remained to be unclear. In conclusion, the present study has demonstrated that multiple CCGs were dysregulated and frequently mutated in CRC samples by analyzing the TCGA database.

Among these aberrant epigenetic modifiers, the function of histone methyltransferase KMT2A in somatic tumors is not well known. By analyzing KMT2A expression in patient tissues, we demonstrated that KMT2A was overexpressed in colorectal cancer tissues in comparison with adjacent normal tissues and its expression was positively correlated with cancer stages.

Recent studies have showed down-regulation of SFRP1 expression in colorectal cancer (CRC). We aimed to evaluate the effect of SFRP1 on the proliferation, migration, invasion and apoptosis of CRC cells in vitro.

Objectives: This study aims to find the effect of onion's extraction on the colorectal cancer with hyperlipidemia.
Method: We established a hyperlipidemia-subcutaneously heterotopic colorectal cancer orthotopic transplant model and fed mice a high fat diet and performing transplantation. Animal models were treated with capecitabine and/or simvastatin and low-, middle-, high- dose of onion's extraction and both tumor growth rate and blood lipid levels were monitored.

Objective: To study the effect of hyperlipidemia on the prognosis and therapeutic response for colorectal cancer and to explore the associated mechanism.
Methods: The hyperlipidemic subcutaneous heterotopic colorectal cancer orthotopic transplant model of nude mice was established by feeding high fat diet and performing transplantation. Seventy mice were divided into 7 groups with 10 mice in each group.
