To exploit a cross passive immunotherapy for enterovirus-induced hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD), the cross antiviral activity of a neutralizing antibody against enterovirus 71 (EV71) and coxsackievirus A16 (CVA16) was investigated . In this study, gemcitabine (GEM) and HIF1α-siRNA loaded GE-11 peptide conjugated liposome was successfully prepared and evaluated for its antitumor efficacy in pancreatic cancer cells. The GE11 increased the targeting specificity of liposome carrier and increased the intracellular concentrations in the cancer cells.

During reprogramming, there is exchange of histone H1c and the oocyte-specific linker histone, and H1c may play a critically important role in the reprogramming process of somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT). The aim of the present study was to investigate the role of the H1c gene in SCNT reprogramming in Chinese swamp buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) using RNA interference (RNAi).
