Background: Gastric cancer (GC) is known for its high heterogeneity, presenting challenges in current clinical treatment strategies. Accurate subtyping and in-depth analysis of the molecular heterogeneity of GC at the molecular level are still not fully understood.
Methods: This study categorized GC into two subtypes based on apoptosis-related genes (ARGs) and investigated differences in tumor immune microenvironment, intratumoral microorganisms distribution, gene expression, and signaling pathways.
Background: Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are identified as a novel family of endogenous RNA molecules through 'back-splicing' and covalently linked at the 5' and 3' ends. Emerging researches have demonstrated circRNAs are stable and abundant in exosomes called exosomal circRNAs (exo-circRNA).
Materials And Methods: We searched recent studies and references to summary the research progress of exosomal circRNA.
PANoptosis induces programmed cell death (PCD) through extensive crosstalk and is associated with development of cancer. However, the functional mechanisms, clinical significance, and potential applications of PANoptosis-related genes (PRGs) in colorectal cancer (CRC) have not been fully elucidated. Functional enrichment of key PRGs was analyzed based on databases, and relationships between key PRGs and the immune microenvironment, immune cell infiltration, chemotherapy drug sensitivity, tumor progression genes, single-cell cellular subgroups, signal transduction pathways, transcription factor regulation, and miRNA regulatory networks were systematically explored.

Background: Worldwide, gastric cancer (GC) is a common lethal solid malignancy with a poor prognosis. Cuproptosis is a novel type of cell death mediated by protein lipoylation and may be related to GC prognosis.
Aim: To offer new insights to predict GC prognosis and provide multiple therapeutic targets related to cuproptosis-related genes (CRGs) for future therapy.
Increasing rates of Helicobacter pylori resistance are associated with multiple clinical challenges. Bacterial factors linked to H. pylori resistance are mutations, efflux pumps, and biofilms.

Specifically, the inner core of these NPs is mainly composed of phase-changeable perfluorohexane (PFH), magnetic FeO and ART. experiments showed that the prepared PFH/ART@PLGA/FeO-eFA was readily taken up by 4T1 cancer cells.

Background: Large pedunculated colorectal polyps are not frequent among colonic polyps. We present a clinical case of a large pedunculated colorectal polyp with signet ring cell cancer infiltrating the submucosa and lymph node invasion in a patient who ultimately underwent additional surgery. Clinicians should attach importance to pedunculated colorectal polyps and choose the most appropriate therapy.
