Background: Skin and Soft Tissue Infections (SSTIs) Surveillance Network of In Pediatrics in China was established in 2009 to routinely report epidemiological changes. We aimed to monitor the present antibiotic sensitivity and molecular characteristics of and methicillin-resistant (MRSA) from SSTIs in children nationwide and track the changes over the past decade.

Methods: Patients diagnosed with SSTIs from the dermatology departments of 22 tertiary pediatric hospitals in seven geographical regions of China were recruited continuously from May 2019 to August 2021.

Objective To explore the effect of hydrogen sulfide on inflammatory factors and energy metabolism of mitochondria after limbs reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Sixty rats were divided into three groups:sham operation group, control group(ischemia-reperfusion injury + saline group),and experimental group(ischemia-reperfusion injury + HS group).Wistar rat models of limb ischemia-reperfusion injury were established.

Conservation tillage is one of the most important agricultural management measures on soil water conservation and crop yield increments. Based on long-term experiment during 2011 to 2016, effects of different tillage treatments, including conventional tillage, no-tillage and subsoiling treatments, on soil water condition, crop yield and water use efficiency were analyzed. The results showed that the average and relative soil water conservation rate was 7.

The present study aimed to investigate the role of gallic acid in oxidative stress induced during spinal cord injury (SCI). In order to measure oxidative stress, the levels of lipid peroxide, protein carbonyl, reactive oxygen species and nitrates/nitrites were determined. In addition, the antioxidant status during SCI injury and the protective role of gallic acid were investigated by determining glutathione levels as well as the activities of catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase and glutathione-S-transferase.

Objective: While internationally major disasters occur frequently, for any one country they are unusual events. In this project we aimed to identify public health issues arising from the physical and mental health symptoms suffered by the soldier volunteers deployed in an emergency relief task during the Wenchuan earthquake.

Methods: Health problems identified in other emergency volunteer populations guided the development of a questionnaire.

Triblock copolymers of poly(caprolactone-co-lactide)-b-PEG-b-poly(caprolactone-co-lactide) (PCLLA-PEG-PCLLA) were synthesized by ring opening copolymerization of caprolactone and lactide in the presence of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG). With such triblock copolymers, PCLLA-PEG-PCLLA nanoparticles entrapping 10-hydroxycamptothecin-10,20-diisobutyl dicarbonate (HCPT-1), a derivative of the antitumor drug 10-hydroxycamptothecin (HCPT), were prepared by nano-precipitation method and characterized by dynamic light scattering (DLS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The investigations on drug loading, in vitro release and body distribution in mice after intravenous (i.
