Background: () eradication treatment for primary gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma has already been established. However, t (11;18) (q21;q21)/ translocation-positive lesions are a type of primary gastric MALT lymphoma in which a response to eradication treatment is difficult to achieve. In addition, trisomy 18 may be associated with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) transformation of gastric MALT lymphoma.

We aimed to compare diagnostic performance of TILs-US score for predicting pathological complete response (pCR) with that of LPBC in biopsy specimens.
Methods: TILs ≥ 50% in biopsy specimens was defined as biopsy-LPBC, and TILs-US score ≥ 4 was categorized as TILs-US score-high.
Background: Many consumers use cosmetic eye products to counteract age-related changes in appearance. Measurements of eyelid shape in Asian women have been reported in the frontal view or 45-degree profile only. The aim of this study was to describe morphological characteristics of the upper eyelid in Japanese and Chinese females from the frontal and profile aspects and examine morphological changes with age.

In this regard, the reading system of an MSM was modified using a μ-metal magnetic shielding structure to analyze remanent fields. The MSM was adapted to perform readings using two different types of sensors.

Two mAbs, mAbs 23A1 and 31A5, were used to develop a sandwich ELISA for mouse LPL. The detection of mouse LPL by the ELISA was linear in concentrations ranging from 0.

However, differences according to histological subtype or treatment status are unclear. In addition, there has been less research on patients who subsequently develop breakthrough infections.

Methods: The study population comprised fourth-year students from 2017 to 2019 at the Faculty of Health Science and Nursing, Juntendo University, who had completed all stipulated clinical placements. The Japanese government determined 141 nursing skills and their target levels.
Pathogenic variants of the SOHLH1 gene are responsible for an autosomal recessive form of ovarian dysgenesis; this gene encodes a transcription factor expressed early in spermatogonia and oocytes and contributes to folliculogenesis. Previously, four affected women from two unrelated families reported homozygous variants in the SOHLH1 gene, but none had a history of gonadal malignancy or a histologic description. We present two sisters and their paternal great-aunt with a history of primary amenorrhea, pubertal delay, and hypergonadotrophism who came from an inbred Mexican family.

The National Institute of Pediatrics (INP) is a major medical institution in Mexico, where patients with BMF receive a complete approach that includes paraclinical tests. Readily recognizable features, such as the hematological and distinctive physical phenotypes, identified by clinical dysmorphologists, remain crucial for the diagnosis and management of these patients, particularly in circumstances where next-generation sequencing (NGS) is not easily available.

We and others have shown that intestinal stem cells are targeted in lower gastrointestinal GVHD. A leucine-rich repeat-containing G-protein coupled receptor 5 (Lgr5)-expressing gastric stem cells (GSCs) reside at the base of the gastric glands in mice.

Aim: To clarify the efficacy of eradication treatment for primary gastric DLBCL.
Methods: We reported on 3 new cases, and added them to 3 previously reported cases.
The JSH Practical Guidelines for Hematological Malignancies, 2018 expanded edition, newly adopted brentuximab vedotin, doxorubicin, vinblastine, dacarbazine(A+AVD)protocol as a standard treatment for advanced-stage classical Hodgkin lymphoma(CHL). Therefore, this retrospective analysis compared 15 patients who received A+AVD therapy with 21 patients who received doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastine, dacarbazine(ABVD)therapy. All patients were newly diagnosed with CHL and received induction therapy between April 2015 and June 2022 in our hospital.

Aims: In this complementary study, we investigated the booster effect of a third mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccine dose in patients with myeloid malignancies.
Vaccination with a coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) vaccine is an effective public health measure for reducing the risk of infection and severe complications from COVID-19. However, serious hematological complications after COVID-19 vaccination have been reported. Here, we report a case of new-onset hypomegakaryocytic thrombocytopenia (HMT) with the potential for progression to aplastic anemia (AA) that developed in a 46-year-old man 4 days after the fourth mRNA COVID-19 vaccination.

SERT is a main target of antidepressants, and much effort has therefore focused on finding relationships between SERT and depression. However, it is not fully understood how SERT is regulated at the cellular level.

However, it is still unclear whether those patients develop an immune response following vaccination. We investigated the efficacy of vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 in 171 patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL) who received two doses of an mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccine and we compared the efficacy of vaccination to that in 166 healthy controls.

In real life, the consumers' experience of their cosmetics' effects is dynamic and some of the benefits can be better observed under movement. In order to capture motion-related performance of cosmetics, we developed a video-based paired comparison on an online platform.

However, data for COVID-19 vaccine responses in patients with mature T cell and NK-cell neoplasms are very limited. In this study of 19 patients with mature T/NK-cell neoplasms, anti-severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) spike antibodies were measured at 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months after the second mRNA-based vaccination.
