We report with the addition of literature because we have experienced 3 cases of locally advanced breast cancer with skin invasion that have alleviated symptoms and improved quality of life by using Mohs paste. In Case 1, Mohs paste reduced exposed tumors, exudation, and bleeding. In Case 2, bleeding, which had been the cause of the marked anemia, was controlled, and tumor shrinkage and epithelialization were observed.
