Immune checkpoint inhibitors are novel immunotherapy drugs that have improved cancer treatments. Yet only a small percentage of patients experience durable responses to immune checkpoint inhibitors. Recently, it has been suggested that lymph nodes are important for the efficacy of immunotherapy.
