Introduction And Importance: Schwannomas are benign tumors originating from Schwann cells of nerve fibers. Pelvic schwannomas are extremely rare. Here, we present a case of a 48-year-old woman with a pelvic schwannoma imitating degenerating cystic leiomyoma.
