Identification of the ferroptosis-related gene signature and the associated regulation axis in lung cancer and rheumatoid arthritis.

Patients with Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) have an elevated risk of lung cancer compared to the healthy population. However, there are few studies on the relationship between RA and lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), especially the mechanisms at the genetic level. In this study, we investigated the link between RA and LUAD regarding Ferroptosis-Related Genes.
