Background: Postnatal mental health problems (PMHPs) are prevalent and negatively affect mothers, children, and society. International and local guidelines recommend that Singapore primary care physicians (PCP) screen, assess, and manage mothers with PMHPs. However, little is known about their experiences and views.

COVID-19 vaccine acceptance and hesitancy among primary healthcare workers in Singapore.

Background: Factors affecting COVID-19 vaccine acceptance and hesitancy among primary healthcare workers (HCW) remain poorly understood. This study aims to identify factors associated with vaccine acceptance and hesitancy among HCW.

Methods: A multi-centre online cross-sectional survey was performed across 6 primary care clinics from May to June 2021, after completion of staff vaccination exercise.

Multidisciplinary team approach to diabetes. An outlook on providers' and patients' perspectives.

Objective/background: This study sought to uncover the perspectives of various stakeholders towards multidisciplinary team (MDT) care, discover new understandings and help inform current practice on MDT care for diabetic patients.

Methods: 5 electronic databases were searched for articles that evaluated patients' and providers' perspectives on type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) MDT management. Articles retrieved were sieved, coded and findings were analytically themed together in accordance to Thomas and Harden methodology.

Outpatient management of knee osteoarthritis.

Osteoarthritis of the knee is a common disease that causes significant disability. Most patients can be managed conservatively in the outpatient setting. A small minority require surgery.
