Synthesis of SrLuAl(BO):Sm Red Phosphor with Excellent Thermal Stability and Its Application in w-LEDs.

In this study, a series of SrLuAl(BO):Sm red phosphors were successfully prepared with a high-temperature solid-phase technology.
